Installation Team Member Position
Install Team Members are one of the most crucial roles in our company. You are the last face the customer sees, and you are responsible for putting the final pieces together of the customer’s window treatment project. Perfect, safe, and secure are the goals every day when we work.
 
Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:
·      Show up to work from 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri with a positive attitude and a hunger to make an impact
·      Review the calendar, all job notes, and any other pertinent information for a successful installation 24 hours prior to the job starting
·      Ensure that your vehicle is properly stocked with parts, pieces, tools, and supplies needed for the week
·      Keep your vehicle clean, serviced, and all records up to date
·      Drive safely, park in the street, and leave zero trace of our presence behind after leaving
·      Get all install sheets signed, balances paid, and install sheets completed and sent to the office before the End of Business
·      Complete all Job Wrap Up Tickets on day of install and detail specifically what is needed to complete the job including all measurements and obstacles
 
Requirements:
·      Clean driving record and background
·      Professional appearance 
·      Drug and alcohol free 
·      Wearing and representing the Budget Blinds “Jersey” in a “make momma proud” way
 
Key Metrics:
·      Vehicle Audit
·      Warehouse Lag by Territory
·      Number of Reviews Sent and Received
 
Compensation:
·      $35,568 base salary plus potential *performance-based bonuses* 
·      Optional health insurance

·      10 PTO Vacation Days and 5 PTO Sick Days
